Questions
Which ring size should I order?
You don't need to know your size. Every kit includes a ring sizer and a selection card — measure at home and note your size when you mail the imprint back.
What if the imprint doesn't come out well?
The kit holds material for 5 to 8 imprints, so there is room to practice! You pick the best one. We inspect every imprint at the workshop before casting. If it is not good enough, we tell you and send fresh material, free.
Is it safe for my pet?
Yes. The putty is pet-safe. The press itself takes 1 to 2 seconds, most pets barely notice (but a treat always helps)
How long does it take?
The kit ships out within 1 business day. You capture the imprint whenever it suits you, it doesn't age. Once it is back at the workshop, casting takes 1–2 weeks. We keep you personally updated throughout the whole process 💙
How do I send the imprint back?
Return packaging is included in the kit. The hardened imprint is sturdy and travels well - regular post to our workshop in the Netherlands is all it takes.
An imprint doesn't age. If your pet is elderly or ill, capture the imprint now - decide on the jewelry whenever you're ready.
