Personalized Jewelry

All Snoetjes jewelry is specially made for you based on a unique nose, paw, or fingerprint imprint.

Because each piece is personal and custom-made, personalized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.

This applies to all rings and pendants created from a submitted imprint.

Cancellation of Your Order

You may cancel your order as long as we have not yet started production of the jewelry.

Once the imprint has been received and production has started, cancellation is no longer possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

Did your jewelry arrive damaged, or did you receive the wrong product? Please contact us within 7 days of delivery via info@snoetjes.com.

Include clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution.

Returning the Impression Kit

The impression kit may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

• The kit is unused
• The seal has not been broken

Return shipping costs for an unused kit are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, the amount will be refunded within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.
